How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on what you need. Pieces already in the gallery start at the prices shown; a custom request is quoted case by case based on complexity and timing, and I tell you before starting, with no obligation.
How long does it take?
A made-to-measure bracelet usually takes a few days; an illustration or portrait depends on the detail and on my current queue. I give you an indicative date when I confirm the quote.
Can I ask for a different size or measurement?
Yes. For t-shirts just tell me the size; for bracelets I need your wrist circumference in centimetres. If you're unsure about sizing, message me first.
Do you make cases for models that aren't in the gallery?
In most cases, yes. Send me the exact brand and model and I'll confirm feasibility and price.
Where do you ship?
From Italy, with tracking. For finished pieces, active destinations and rates are the ones shown on the Etsy listing; for a custom piece we sort it out when we define the request.
